The best way we can earn your loyalty is to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Items purchased from Magfit may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the item price for any reason. If you have any questions, simply contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

 

Return

We are happy to assist you with returns subject to following criteria:

  1. Items purchased from Magfit may be returned within 30 days of purchase. 
  2. Items must be in new condition including all accessories and packaging.   

 

The return process is as follows:

  • Contact us with your order ID and the reason why you want to return.
  • After we are sure that we can provide you with a return service, please send the items to our return address.
  • Provide us with the tracking number and shipping list after you send the item.
  • Take a photo of the package with the return label and send it to us.

 

Please note that:

  • If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
  • If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
  • No restocking fee and return handling fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
  • Any feedback you provide at this site shall be deemed to be non-confidential. Magfit shall be free to use such information on an unrestricted basis.
  • Magfit reserves the right to refuse any return if we deem there is repeat abuse of our policies.

  

Refund

The refund process is as follows:

  • After we receive the returned package, we will arrange a refund for you within 7 working days.
  • You will then receive a refund email.
  • Since the refund needs to be processed by the bank, there may be delays. If you have not received the refund within 3 days after receiving the email, please contact us.

 

Please note that:

  • Items returned which are not in new and resealable condition will not be granted a refund.
  • International orders will not be refunded for failure to pay import duties, taxes or fees. 
  • Refunds are limited to the total amount paid.  
  • Refunds will be applied to the original method of purchase. 
  • Any feedback you provide at this site shall be deemed to be non-confidential. Magfit shall be free to use such information on an unrestricted basis.
  • Magfit reserves the right to refuse any refund if we deem there is repeat abuse of our policies.
